  • Legitimate reviews based on genuine user experiences will not be removed solely due to negative sentiment.

6. Employer Responses

  • Employers may be permitted, at Rateio’s discretion, to submit public responses to reviews published on their profile.
  • Employer responses must be factual, professional, and non-abusive.
  • Responses must not contain personal data, threats, defamatory statements, or attempts to identify anonymous reviewers.
  • Rateio reserves the right to moderate, edit, delay, or remove employer responses that breach these Terms or applicable law.

7. Review Abuse and Misuse

Rateio operates a zero-tolerance policy toward review abuse. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading reviews
